Welcome back to another installment in the FAAB Article! I hope everyone is having a nice Memorial Day weekend, filled with fun, baseball, and a relaxing time in whatever form that takes. We have officially moved into our new place so the LouCase Baseball podcast will begin back on schedule next weekend, and I am excited to get that train back on track.
In the coming weeks, it’s possible folks will begin to look towards football, family vacations, and away from their roto teams. It’s important to keep our nose to the grindstone every week, and it will pay off, I can assure you of that!

Best schedules:
ARI, BOS, CLE, COL, HOU, LAA, MIN, TB all play a 7-game week (Mon-Sun).
Worst schedules:
KC, STL play 5 games, so bench the non-elite options in weekly formats and Mon-Thurs.

| Zach McKinstry | DET | 2B/3B/OF | $5-$20 | Versatile and playing a lot atop the order, useful for now. |
| Adam Frazier | BAL | 2B/OF | $3-$18 | Playing more thatn I expected and there’s value in this PT. |
| Luis Urias | MIL | 2B/3B/SS | $7-$15 | Scoop him before he becomes more expensive, starting rehab for a MIL team needing his spark. |
| Paul DeJong | STL | SS | $3-$18 | Power has been back despite the not beautiful profile, you can use him for some HRs until he goes back to being a pumpkin. |
| Royce Lewis | MIN | INF | $5-$30 | If you can add him now go ahead, should have been mentioned weeks ago but he is unavailable in my NFBC leagues. |
| Bobby Miller | LAD | P | $130-$275 | There will be other elite impact arms coming up, but Miller is here today and he could be the best rookie arm of the year based on stuff and team context. I will not be holding back if I need Ks. |
| Ryne Nelson | ARI | P | $20-$45 | Huge 2-start coming up for those K thirsty clubs, he looks better of late and we all need arms. |
| Carlos Carrasco | NYM | P | $10-$35 | Coming bark from a barking elbow, he might be a disaster but I love the park/team setup if he can be decent enough. Velocity is better upon return. |
| Griffin Canning | LAA | P | $10-$35 | Solid two-start week coming up for a useable SP on winning team. |
